Hi there! I’m Chantal (she/her), after years working as a mental health therapist I decided to create a space for busy women to explore and achieve their sustainable wellness goals so that they can find time for themselves and fit in healthy behaviors and physical activity in their busy lives.

I will help you develop your knowledge and confidence so that you can maximize your time at the gym. I will help you develop, achieve, and maintain your healthy behavior goals so that you view fitness/wellness on a continuum versus an end-point.
