View movement, AKA exercise, as a journey and not a destination. Bodies are meant to move, whether it’s gardening, yoga, weight lifting, etc. Movement has so many benefits that aren’t tied to weight loss, such as improved mood, managing stress, improved appetite regulation, & increased levels of HDL (good) cholesterol among others.
