Hi there! I’m Chantal (she/her), I will help you develop a sustainable relationship with fitness and movement so that you can achieve your wellness/fitness goals.

I will help you develop your knowledge and confidence so that you can maximize your time at the gym. I will help you develop, achieve, and maintain your healthy behavior goals so that you view fitness/wellness on a continuum versus an end-point.

I have the following certifications/credentials:

  • ACE Certified Personal Trainer

  • Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist

  • Certified in the Barbell Rehab Method

  • Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work

I also have previous experience in the mental health field. I believe that bodies are meant to move AND that there are many different ways to move your body.

I help busy women take care of their health and themselves by promoting effective and sustainable workouts and developing a flexible mindset around wellness so that you can maintain healthy behaviors throughout your lifespan. I focus on the health benefits of exercise and overall movement.

I provide both in-person personal training in Matthews, NC and virtual services.
